How is Shoe ReUp different from other online retailers?
- In 2016 after other successful retail and B2B ventures, the Shoe ReUp was launched. With Shoe ReUp, you no longer need to camp outside the stores or stay connected to the internet for raffles, lotteries, or RSVP alerts. However, we do encourage pre-orders and reservations. We thrive in this marketplace by allowing anyone to ReUp on the rarest and most coveted sneakers. Our partners work around the clock to provide a hassle-free process and have made many connections along the way.
Im looking for a specific shoe. Do you have it?
- If you are looking for a specific shoe please first view our highlighted items. Our entire inventory will not be listed on our website as we must accommodate for our many MLB,NBA,NFL, and MLS partners. We are not able to predict when a non-listed shoe will be back in general inventory or available in a specific size. All shoes currently listed will be guaranteed available and shipped once your payment is confirmed. If the specific shoe is not currently listed on our site please email [email protected] for any specific shoe requests that you may have.
- Your orders are guaranteed authentic and new. We only receive sneakers in brand new and unworn condition for re-sell. However, please keep in mind that (in few instances) some of our vendors including retail stores provide shoes that have been tried on. But always in a controlled environment and on a carpeted surface.
- We do not sell fakes or replica variants. All sneakers purchased through the Shoe ReUp have been inspected for condition and authenticity at multiple checkpoints before being offered to the customer. Our staff is trained to identify any and all inconsistencies and our policy is to decline items that do not meet our standard.
ORDER ADMINISTRATION
What size should I order?
- Size is a personal preference so we are not able to make recommendations on fit. However, please note that all sizes listed on our site are US sizing.
- Unfortunately, our order team cannot make changes (size, quantity, style, etc.) to an order once it has been placed.
- In addition, once your order has been submitted to our shipping team for fulfillment, we are not able to honor requests for cancellations.
What is the Shoe ReUp's return policy?
- All sales at Shoe ReUp are final. In the event of a fulfillment error, please contact customer support and we will be happy to assist you.
- All shoes are inspected prior to shipment for order accuracy and defects such as scuffs, yellowing and stains beyond normal retail wear. Shoe ReUp will not honor any claims for incorrect or damaged items once order has been received.
Why cant I return or exchange sneakers?
- Our inventory is guaranteed to be available and shipped to you, however since we do not operate from a store front or have the ability to store large amounts of product, we're unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
